🇨🇦 Canada

  • Orders under $150.00: $19.99

  • Orders $150.00 and up: FREE SHIPPING

International Shipping (Worldwide)

⚠️ Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to cross-border taxes, local customs duties, and import fees issued by your region's customs authority. These additional regulatory charges are the absolute responsibility of the recipient.

SPECIAL SAFETY HANDLING: FRAGRANCES

To comply with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and international postal transit laws regarding alcohol-based flammable liquids, orders containing any fine fragrances are managed under the following parameters:

  • Mandatory Ground Shipping: Any cart containing fragrances or colognes will be routed exclusively through Standard Ground Transport.

  • No Air Shipping: We are legally barred from offering expedited "Air", "Express", or "Overnight" logistics for fragrance items due to aircraft transport safety laws.

  • Delivery Timeline: Because mixed fragrance orders travel via land carriers, please allow the full estimated delivery window for your designated region.

MULTI-SUPPLIER FULFILLMENT

Sia Clothing coordinates with world-class design ateliers and specialized fragrance houses to maintain availability across our complete clothing and beauty categories. Because of this, certain items in your cart may ship from separate fulfillment structures.

  • Your order may occasionally arrive in multiple packages with distinct tracking references.

  • Rest assured, your shipping fee is determined by your total order cost, not by package count—you will never be billed extra for split shipments.

PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMEFRAMES

Order Processing Time

Orders are typical managed, inspected, and dispatched from our spaces within 1–3 business days. During peak holiday shopping periods or major promotional drops, processing can take up to 5 business days prior to carrier pickup.

Transit Times (After Dispatch)

Once handed over to our logistical transit carriers, typical ground delivery timeframes are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days (varies depending on local customs velocity)

SHIPPING BOUNDARIES & RESTRICTIONS

  • Fragrance Restrictions: Due to international postal laws regarding volatile liquids, some fine fragrances cannot be shipped to specific global coordinates, military boxes, or remote territories. If an item in your cart is unavailable for your address, your checkout interface will notify you instantly.

  • Current Service Zones: We proudly ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations worldwide.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless a return is due to a direct fulfillment error on our end (such as a structural defect or incorrect item variation dispatched), return shipping fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • U.S. Returns: Typically $10.99

  • Canadian Returns: Typically $19.99

  • International Returns: Range from $23.99 – $45.00

⚠️ Fragrance Return Compliance: Due to the hazardous classification of liquid colognes, fragrance returns must be processed through a land carrier authorized to handle Consumer Commodity ground boxes. Please contact our support desk for specialized shipping steps before routing any fragrance item back to our facilities.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your shipment encounters an extended delay, is marked as lost, or arrives with visible carrier damage, please contact our support team at help@siaclothing.store within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue immediately.
