At Sia Clothing, we want you to love your fashion choices and signature fragrances. We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your package to request a formal return.
Eligibility Criteria
To maintain the highest quality and hygienic standards for both our apparel and fragrances, returned items must meet the following baseline requirements:

Female Apparel & Accessories: Must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains or makeup marks, with all original tags securely attached in the original packaging.

Colognes & Fragrances: Must be completely unused, un-sprayed, with original factory presentation boxes and protective cellophane wrapping intact and unopened.

Proof: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initialize a return ticket.
🚫 Important Note: Due to strict transit safety regulations surrounding flammable liquids (colognes), any items sent back to our facilities without a prior formal return authorization will be automatically rejected.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & FEES
Allocation of return shipping costs is determined by the specific reason for your return package:
1. Returns Due to Our Error
(Defective apparel, faulty fragrance atomizers, incorrect sizes sent, or items damaged during transit)

Our Coverage: We will provide you with a 100% prepaid return shipping label via email at no cost to you.

Zero Deductions: The return shipping cost will not be deducted from your final refund.
2. Returns for Any Other Reason

DAMAGES, DEFECTS, AND ISSUES
Please inspect your items immediately upon reception. If you discover a manufacturing defect, cosmetic fabric damage, a leaking cologne bottle, or an incorrect item variant, contact us right away at help@siaclothing.store. We will quickly evaluate the situation, issue a prepaid return tag, and expedite a pristine replacement or full refund to make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS & EXCEPTIONS
Certain classes of items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Custom Collections: Made-to-order, altered, or personalized clothing and custom-engraved fragrance bottles.

Opened Fragrances & Beauty Items: Any cologne bottle that has had its factory seal broken or box opened.

Personal Care Goods: Intimates, bodysuits, or opened personal beauty care accessories.
🔄 EXCHANGES
The fastest way to secure an alternative sizing piece or a different fragrance profile is to return your original item using the instructions above. Once your return is received and officially accepted by our warehouse, simply place a separate, new purchase for the preferred item directly on our storefront.
🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For orders dispatched directly to addresses within the European Union, you possess a legal right to cancel or return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of delivery, without needing a justification.

The items must still meet all strict baseline configuration standards (unworn with tags for clothing; factory-sealed and unopened for colognes).

Return shipping logistics and fees during this cooling-off window remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINES
